Coming in September 2008, Harajuku Lovers perfume by Gwen Stefani! Five scents will be released in this line, all available in two sizes (10 mL and 30 mL) and in solid perfume form (as a set of all five). Each fragrance is molded after Gwen’s four real-life Harajuku girls (Love, [Lil’] Angel, Music, and Baby). The fifth scent shall represent their leader, “G.”

The bottles are two-piece “dolls” that are molded according to their real life Harajuku counterpart, making displaying these on your vanity counter that much more fun.

I ordered a sample of this on a whim while purchasing some other fragrances. I pretty much knew nothing about it, other than that it was a fruity/floral scent, which is what I usually go for. I hadn’t read any reviews about it prior to adding it to my order, but would have probably still added it even if I knew what a terrible reception it had with most online perfume reviewers.

I was curious to smell Curious by Britney Spears again (excuse the terrible pun); I had sampled her debut perfume when it first came out, and ruled it out right away. However, I saw a roll-on scent stick when shopping for perfumes today that was ultra-cheap, and couldn’t resist.

A limited edition fragrance, although not that old, Dolly Girl Lil’ Starlet was pretty hard to get a hold of, considering I wanted to sample it prior to splurging on a heftily-priced “regular” sized bottle. I’m definitely glad I sampled it first – while after reading about it I was definitely in love at first site, my opinion changed a slight bit after experiencing it on my skin.
