Upon the discovery that there are gourmand fragrances that appeal to me (i.e. Hilary Duff’s Wrapped With Love, 2008), I decided to purchase a sample vial of Aquolina’s Pink Sugar with my last fragrancenet.com shipment. I was counting on hating this fragrance, and let’s just say that I was definitely not disappointed.

When I heard about Ed Hardy for Women, I felt as if my prayers had been answered. First, I LOVE Ed Hardy designs (I may not own any, but hey, I can admire from afar). Next, besides two or three notes that were listed, I pretty much loved all of them. I figured this was a sure thing.

Marc Jacobs Daisy

Marc Jacobs "Daisy"

NOTES (as listed on nordstrom.com): Top notes: bright and fresh violet leaves, wild strawberries. Mid notes: comfortable violet petals, jasmine bouquet. Base notes: feminine musk, vanilla infusion.

I was very excited about trying Daisy after reading rave reviews about how it was THE fragrance to have for the 18-24 age group, and how it was basically the best thing since God created man. Plus, the bottle is to die for.

CLASSIFICATION: Fresh and floral opening that turns musky.

AGE GROUP: college at first, fading into mature.
